Do you have thoughts about the bar exam?
The National Conference of Bar Examiners (NCBE) Testing Task Force has issued a survey as part of a three-year study to consider the content for the bar exam to ensure it keeps pace with a changing legal profession. The results of the study will be used by NCBE to develop the next generation of the bar exam and will benefit the profession as a whole. The survey closes on September 30! AROUND THE CLOCK PROFESSIONALISM

Lawyers are part of a profession that holds a special role in society. As guardians of the Rule of Law, lawyers should embody professionalism in all they do. Not only do lawyers serve as representatives of their clients, they serve as officers of the legal system and citizens having special responsibility for the quality of justice.

With Legal Professionalism Month right around the corner, we revisit the principles of professionalism and the important elements of an ethical professional identity. Around the Clock Professionalism.
