SUBCOMMITTEE TURNS TO PROACTIVE REGULATION
The subcommittee will begin developing a program to help lawyers and their firms implement an ethical infrastructure.

The profession’s leaders met last month to address an issue that affects so many yet is spoken about so little.

CONDITIONAL ADMISSION CONSIDERED IN COLORADO
If implemented, a new rule would allow a small number of applicants who may otherwise be denied a license due to recent substance abuse or mental health issues to be admitted on the condition that they complete a trial period without recurrence of the underlying issue.

ACCESS-TO-JUSTICE SUBCOMMITTEE LOOKS TO NEW YORK
