Character and Fitness Forms for the LLP Application
The following forms are required at the time of submission of the application, if an applicant answers “yes” to the corresponding character and fitness question number on the LLP Application. If an event occurs during the admissions process that requires an applicant to update an answer to a character and fitness question from “no” to “yes”, the applicant should file an Application Amendment (provided above) as well as the corresponding question form. If there is more than one incident that must be disclosed in answer to a question, a corresponding form needs to be filled out for each instance.
