Notifying our office with any changes to
your contact information helps us keep you abreast of important deadlines. Oh,
and it’s required by Rule 227.

If
you have changed jobs, changed your email, changed … well, changed
just about anything to do with your practice or how to contact you, please
notify our office.
Many
attorneys wait until their registration period to update information with the
Office of Attorney Regulation Counsel’s registration office. However, Rule 227
requires that attorneys file a statement of change within 28 days of such
change.
When
you notify us, please update the following information:

Current residence
and office address
·
Phone number
·
Email address
·
Compliance
statements regarding any child support payments, trust accounts, and
malpractice coverage
You
can update any of your contact information online by filling out the
Address Change Request form. To update your compliance statement, print,
fill out and sign the Attorney Registration Statementand submit to attorney_registration@coloradosupremecourt.us.
Making
these changes promptly ensures that you not only comply with the Rules but also
that you receive important notices from our office regarding upcoming
deadlines.
